Created directly from the grand tradition of Habanna cigars, this Lonsdale is very, very generous, to say the least! Your palate will be excited by so many deep, rich and creamy flavors that you might have to sit down to smoke this. Cocoa wafts off the No.2's wrapper and box, it titilates before ignition. The No.2's construction is worth noting, identical to the Partagas 8-9-8, a three layered structure that releases the various changes in flavors with a masterful eveness. I remeber being in Ireland on a walking trip and stopping at a village pub to eat. I ate some piping hot Irish stew and soda bread with a nice pint of local Guiness beer. I was so pleased with this meal I offered one of these Medaille d'Or No.2 to the cook and said to him he should suggest to his clients to finish of his wonderful stew with one of these beautiful cigars! After smoking it he agreed! He is now one of Topcubans.com best clients, he brings us the luck of the Irish! |
